Limestone ARES Operation


The N4SEV Repeater

The Club maintains the N4SEV 2-meter repeater operating on 145.150. It is located in the heart of Athens, AL and operates with a PL tone of 100 hz.


Capabilities

The Club's capabilities range from VHF to UHF and various digital modes. The club owns an HF rig for 160 through 6 meter operation and various equipment for VHF operation. Members of the club are active on RTTY, PSK31, SSTV and APRS. LARES has the capability to set up base virtually anywhere through the Limestone EMA Mobile Command Post.
